1. Delivery Conditions

The WeeCard digital business card service is delivered digitally within 1 to 3 business days after your payment is completed, based on the specified content and design. Deliveries are made via email, user panel, or special link.

2. Delivery Method

Our products are entirely digital and not physically shipped. All digital business cards are web-based and accessible via provided links.

3. Return Conditions

Due to the nature of digital products, returns are generally not possible. However, in the following cases, a personalized solution may be offered:

• Failure to deliver the service within the committed timeframe
• Delivered digital card differs clearly from the approved design and content
• Card is inaccessible due to technical issues

4. Return Process

If any of the above situations apply, the user may request support by emailing info@weecard.org within 7 days. After review, redelivery, correction, or a refund may be issued in exceptional cases.
